GCC Launch eVendor Management Module

Glasgow City Council has been inviting you to submit tenders via an eTendering portal for the past 18 months. Although originally launched in one department in GCC, the success has allowed for this solution to be rolled out across all council departments. This roll out has begun but will be a gradual process.
We are now pleased to announce the launch of the eVendor Management Module as part of our eSourcing Portal.
With eVendor Management you can now benefit from the following enhanced features as of 10th Nov 2008:
Express an interest in receiving future Commonwealth Games Opportunities/information.
Small amount of information required to complete your Organisation profile.
Select what types of Goods, Services or Works opportunities you are interested in and receive automated alerts about forthcoming tenders
Save time & effort –
You can choose to only answer basic profile questions then complete the remainder at your leisure
Completion of a PQQ after the 10th November will automatically backfill your organisation’s profile for future use.
No need to enter the same standard PQQ data for your organisation for each opportunity.
Receive automated prompts and alerts to encourage you to keep your profile up to date.
The majority of the required information can be completed pro actively and only tender specific information will need to be added for individual projects

If you are already registered at https://glasgow.bravosolution.com/ then you should login and click on ‘Managing your Profile’ and then ‘Extended Profile’. By completing the questions in this area you will start to benefit from the features listed above.
